Cancer Survival, Sex Work Revival

Once upon a time, in a faraway land, lived a fair maiden that had dreams of being an elite hooker, but she found a prince that wanted to whisk her away from sex work and her hopes and dreams changed like the tides of the ocean. She had lived happily and never had an issue with her life, but thought to herself, “hey, self! Let’s join this prince on his mission to conquer the kingdom! I’ll retire from being a provider and live a life with this prince named, Richard Gere, because I am Pretty Woman!”

The new love budded like the blossoms of spring and she decided this life was better than anything she had hoped for. But just like the tides change, the wind also blows and suddenly things took a turn. The princess had had some girly issues that she had been dealing with most of her life that had really complicated her work, but now there was a solution! Have the girly parts removed! In addition to only satisfying one prince now, she went ahead and had these girly problems/girly parts removed and that problem is solved forever. Just a routine surgery and her life as a princess could continue to bloom!

Things don’t always go the way we want, and when she awoke to her prince sitting with her, she saw the look on his face and knew something wasn’t as happy as it was before she got a shot of fentanyl. He told the would-be princess that the doctor had found “something”. Other medical stuff was about to happen, but little did she know her life was going to change dramatically.

She knew to be nervous, a little scared, but she attended all these medical thing-a-bobbers like she should with a brave smile on her face.

She awoke again to her prince holding her hand and this time, she knew she was on the road to Shittzburg. The doctor informed her that she had the big C. Not the big O she had imagined. No. Our princess had cancer. This was not the happiness she had hoped for; and her budding romance took a dive and her life became less of a fairy tale and more of a horror movie. Our princess was told that for the rest of the year or so, she would become a regular at the hospital. A dose of chemo daily and radiation to boot. Life became beyond a challenge and her new love life took ill along with the cells in her body. Instead of date night, they had lunch in the cafeteria after chemotherapy, and sadly their love was outweighed by stress and fear.

It was hard for the prince and princess. She was sick most often, her body became frail and her hopes became less magical and into hope she’d keep her hair. Her prince tried to help her through this nightmare, but their love was too new. It wasn’t strong enough to manage this change in their lives. She struggled everyday to eat and became so sad as her prince pulled away and her she knew it was coming to an end.

Princess Lindsay had to be strong for herself and her daughters, (that hadn’t been mentioned until now). She didn’t want to die, so she kept on keeping on. After months, she became stronger…slowly. She managed to remember what was good about her life before and yearned for her old life.

Lindsay wanted all her noblemen back to make her feel special again. She wanted to be pretty and loving. So she started preparing for an old, but new life. She took what was good before, and made it better. It was a slow moving feit. She was still weak, but getting stronger everyday. She relinquished her fear and her confidence was reinstated and hope manifested within her. Lindsay’s life was never going to be the same. This new life would be made up from the best facets from before cancer, but more importantly she realized how short life is, and we aren’t privy to our expiration dates, so this new life had much more substance and she wasn’t going to let anything stand in her way of enjoying her life.

Lindsay LeFave has hopes that she can once again bring satisfaction and love to her Noblemen. She is waiting oh so impatiently for her suitors to arrive. Become a part of this story. What are you waiting for? TTYS!!!!
